It’s a moment the Rogers community has waited for since Rogers High School opened more than 10 years ago – a new auditorium.
That moment was celebrated Monday, May 2, as officials broke ground for the auditorium project. A new stage and space for the arts will be added to the southwest corner of the building.

Celebrating the occasion here are, left to right, Rogers Mayor Rick Ihli, Rogers Athletic Director Dan Ogren, Rogers High School Principal Jason Paurus, District 728 School Board Members Jamie Plantenberg-Selbitschka, Dan Hunt, Tony Walter, Jolene Jorgenson (former member) and Shane Steinbrecher and Superintendent Mark Bezek.
